Besides the classic mutton skewers we make liver arrosticini and ventricina ones, the spicy cured meat of the Alto Vastese, plus Abruzzo sausage skewers with sweet pepper.

They are ordered by the piece: the price is per skewer, with a minimum for each type. For a big table, ask our staff how many to order per person.
What to pair them with
Bread, a drizzle of olive oil and a red from Abruzzo: Montepulciano or Cerasuolo from our wine list.
